From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and excellent service provided at this place. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The spa and gym facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the "women only" section with its peaceful terrace. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options at the breakfast buffet. The location of this hotel was ideal - central yet quiet, and only a few minutes away from the cable car. The view from my room was breathtaking, with a small lake in the garden adding to the special atmosphere.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had an amazing stay with breathtaking views of the lake from my room. This hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel makes it easy to access the city center and ski lifts.

The food at dinner was outstanding and the changing cheese selection was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with easy access to outdoor activities. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
The personnel at the reception were not as well-trained as one would expect, and the information about ski passes was inaccurate. Additionally, the spa services were poorly organized, with no available massage appointments even though the spa didn't seem that busy. the hotel has its ups and downs, but the food and location make it worth considering for an active weekend getaway.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the hotel's fabulous dinner options and the beautiful location. The food was delicious and the menu offered a great variety of options. We particularly enjoyed being able to dine with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.
We did encounter a few negative aspects during our stay. The personnel at the reception desk was not very well-trained and gave us wrong information about ski passes.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the city's main ski lift and city center. the rooms are spacious and luxurious, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain range. the breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is very filling. the spa facilities are top-notch, with several treatment options available.
The receptionist staff could use some improvement in terms of customer service. They were unhelpful and untrained in dealing with guests, resulting in incorrect information being given and limited availability of treatments.
